Operator Surface Treatment

Job description

As an Operator Surface Treatment, you will independently carry out treatments on the products that are supplied, according to drawings and/or work instructions, using the production equipment and tools provided for that purpose in the Surface Treatment Department.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• On the basis of supplied drawings and work order specifications, you will independently carry out treatments of supplies materials and/or products. This using the production equipment provided for that purpose within the Surface Treatment department; 
• You are responsible for clamping and preparing parts according to the supplied drawing and/or work instruction; 
• You are responsible for checking the materials before applying the coating; 
• You are flexible in regularly changing assignments and work activities; 
• You operate and are responsible for the bath line; 
• You are responsible for carrying out interim checks to ensure that the product contains the correct layer thickness and check that the process has been carried out in accordance with regulations; 
• You ensure that parts are properly blown clean;
• You coordinate your work with your colleagues

Job Requirements

• You have VMBO diploma level, this is a plus; 
• You have an affinity with technology;
• You have good communication and social skills; 
• You enjoy working in a team; 
• You have good and precise motor skills; 
• You have a high degree of flexibility and are available in shift system; 
• You have no trouble reading and understanding work instructions; 
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
