- Actively participates in production while leading operations based on the daily production schedule.
- Motivates, coaches, and manages the team/department to achieve established goals.
- Directs production activities according to priorities indicated and agreed upon with the planning department.
- Performs necessary preparatory work to prevent or resolve bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Supports and guides new colleagues during the onboarding process.
- Participates in weekly maintenance activities together with team members.
- Provides technical and work-method support to employees.
- Ensures Continuous Improvement and Daily Management within the department and initiates improvement actions.
- Complies with safety, occupational health, and quality regulations.

Job Requirements
Knowledge & Qualifications
- MBO+ level education (various technical disciplines) supplemented with relevant vocational training and courses.
- Knowledge of production processes, standards, and procedures, with the ability to observe and report essential information.
- Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, and the personal presence and authority needed to guide employees and processes.
- Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written; English speaking skills required; German is an advantage.
About ATM Oirschot
Since 1986, ATM Oirschot has specialized in the finishing and post-processing of products made from various materials, both ferrous and non-ferrous. Services include anodizing, hard anodizing, pickling, passivation, chromating, cleanroom cleaning, and packaging. In 2024, ATM opened a new location at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven.
